Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change and will be happy to offer alternative dates if the originally chosen slot is no longer convenient. To reschedule please contact us at least 48 hours in advance on hello@aromadiolio.com or +971 58 5577 125. Unfortunately we are not able to accept cancellations or reduce the number of guests once the experience has been booked. Thank you for your understanding. Please agree to give us access to your kitchen, cooking appliances and serve ware during the experience. We promise to leave your place as tidy as it was before we took over your kitchen. Please note that we reserve the right to change the menu depending on seasonality and availability of ingredients. The images provided are for the informative purposes only - the actual dishes may look different. Prices include travel within UAE. For oversees bookings it's a client's responsibility to cover the cost of travel, visas and accommodation before the event's date.
