TASTING NOTES
High fruitiness of vibrantly green olives where the romas are mixed and remind us of tomato, olive leaf, fresh grass and banana peel.
In the mouth it has a sweet, soft and clean entrance where the primary aromas are quickly intensified. Very pleasant and balanced bitterness and throat itch, with a complex mouth aroma of almond, artichoke, leaf and especially tomato plant. Pleasant and astringent persistence.
PAIRING
Pair Herriza de la Lobilla Picual Early Harvest with vibrant Mediterranean dishes like grilled vegetables, gazpacho, tomato-based salads or a slice of sourdough with crushed tomato. Its bold green notes and peppery finish also shine over steamed artichokes, roasted almonds or drizzled onto creamy hummus. Or try rubbing it in all over a tuna steak before grilling!
