Bottle No. 1 of 1,000
The first bottle of the 2025 Arbor Sacris harvest. Hand-numbered, and the only No. 1 there will ever be.
WHY IT IS RARE
Arbor Sacris comes from about 35 Farga olive trees on the Els Carlets estate in La Sénia, Catalonia. The trees are more than a thousand years old and grow in a landscape the FAO lists as a Globally Important Agricultural Heritage System. The oil is certified under the Farga Milenaria guarantee mark, which confirms it comes only from registered millennial trees.
Production is tiny and never guaranteed. It is capped at 1,000 numbered bottles a year, and the Farga variety crops irregularly: some years bring a modest harvest, others very little or none at all. In 2024 the trees gave no harvest, so no Arbor Sacris was bottled that year.

ABOUT THE PRODUCER
Miliunverd is a family project from La Sénia. In 2018 Carles Cabanes and his grandson Xavier Morella bought three neighbouring estates to save the millennial and centennial olive trees that had been left abandoned there. The olives are picked by hand and milled within hours, with technical guidance from IRTA, Catalonia's agri-food research institute. Arbor Sacris has been stocked by Harrods in London.
