Direct from lush Aceto Modena vineyards, Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes, maturing in barrels of various precious woods for at least 25 years. You can sense this in the sweet, intense favour and ultra smooth, velvety texture.. Slow fermentation and long aging in barrels of varying precious woods are the only processes which make possible this unique balsamic vinegar. If you haven’t tasted an “Extraveccio” you haven’t lived!. It’s simply sensational.

Only in this way can they be recognized as DOP products (Protected Denomination of Origin).

It goes slowly, in the sense that in order to mature it takes the time that it needs.  It goes healthily, because it is Mother Nature who makes it. It goes far, because it’s known all over the world.

An agricultural society | First of all is the love of the land. Cultivated with passion and dedication. There are hectares of vineyards of Lambrusco and Trebbiano grapes around the farm. 


Acetomodena is an agricultural society before an acetaia. Those who work there know the te ritory, what it can give. And they know not to exploit it, but to support it with respect and passion. That’s why the products that come from here have a special character. And they speak the language of honest and sincere authenticity. 


The History | The Balsamic Vinegar of Modena of Acetomodena comes from a family tradition dating back over one hundred years, that of the Vecchi family. 


“Immersed in the countryside of Modena, situated next to our own vineyards is the newly built vinegar farmhouse, a reality that brings together in the same location two distinct elements: the desire to project towards the future and a family tradition rooted firmly in Modena.”
