A long walk, Noble and slow. In 12 years the Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes, harvested from luscious Aceto Modena vineyards and deposited in barrels of different woods, acquire definite and distinctive traits.

Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena obtained from cooked grape must of Trebbiano and Lambrusco from the province of Modena. Slow fermentation and long aging in barrels of varying precious woods are the only processes that make possible this unique balsamic vinegar. Only in this way can they be recognized as DOP products (Protected Denomination of Origin).

An agricultural society | First of all is the love of the land. Cultivated with passion and dedication. There are hectares of vineyards of Lambrusco and Trebbiano grapes around the farm.

The History | The Balsamic Vinegar of Modena of Acetomodena comes from a family tradition dating back over one hundred years, that of the Vecchi family.
